Spelling

In relation to the article 'Thuggee', please do not change spelling in articles from one variety of English to another without good reason. See WP:ENGVAR#National varieties of English for details. — Yama 15:39, 20 October 2007 (UTC)

For some reason, this article is a target for vandalism which is often typified by large deletions without explanation.
