Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames which give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy.

You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you.

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who accepted the request.

Request reason:

Allabouttoledo is a nonsense handle that I have used for 10 years and which I use across sites - Github, Tumblr, Flickr, Reddit, etc. I also own the allabouttoledo.com domain. It is not affiliated with the cities in Ohio or Spain and is not meant to be promotional (I have never been anywhere near either place). It derives originally from a misreading of the title of this book. I will create a different username if necessary, but would strongly prefer to maintain the use of this handle.

Accept reason:

Given this explanation I believe the block was unnecessary; I'll unblock the account and apologize for the inconvenience. Huon (talk) 00:42, 19 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

There'd be no need to make a new account. We do allow users to change their handle, and for blocks like this we have a dedicated unblock template for that purpose: {{unblock-un|<new username>|<reason>}}. —Jeremy v^_^v Bori! 19:26, 13 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
