Missing ground connector

Where is the ground connector of this plug? Thus because +/- 18 Volts (which result in a total of 36 Volts) does not make any sense. So, probably black indicates 0 Volts or Ground, red +18 Volts? --1-1111 (talk) 16:46, 20 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
