Dr. Silva, let me make one thing very plain right to begin with. I appreciate your knowledge and efforts in scientific research. At Wikipedia you could make some good contributions to neuroscience subjects. One thing you need to realize and work with is that we have a conflict of interest policy. It appears that you have created the article, Molecular cellular cognition, but are also editing as 99.101.230.179.

Sock puppetry is not allowed here, so you must remember to log in every time and only use this account. Editing as an IP violates our policy. I suspect that you have also edited as User:Enlitened108. If so, please declare the truth (I can and will find out....) and make a choice to use that account or this one. You can't use more than one account. If you have any doubts about how to do this, just ask me on my talk page.

As a major player in this field, to say the least, you need to edit more carefully. Self-promotion isn't cool, but carefully and openly suggesting good sources and content, including one's own research, is still allowed on talk pages. Directly editing articles with which you are very closely connected, such as Molecular cellular cognition, or directly adding links to your own research is definitely not good. In such cases, just use the talk page and others will work with you. -- Brangifer (talk) 22:10, 14 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
