Sobre a recente decisão de se adotar o sistema japonês, sobrevém a seguinte questão: A prioridade no Japão é a imagem de alta definição. No cenário japones, a população tem acesso à tecnologias de banda larga e o uso disseminado de computadores em todos os lares.
A prioridade no Brasil é a interatividade. Nosso cenário é de exclusão digital. A TV digital poderia ser um canal alternativo para permitir a inclusão digital de milhões de pessoas.
Pergunta: O sistema pode ser modulado "on demand"? Exemplo: Por sua opção o usuário define um baixo rate de definição de imagem o que resultaria em capacidade de transmissão para processos interativos.
