Thanks for the contribution to Nicholas Yonge; it's rare enough to meet someone who knows that name! An entry on the Musica transalpina would be most welcome; recently I've been busy writing up the late 16th century composers on the other side of the Channel. In fact, the whole English madrigal school is a bit underdeveloped (have a look at the embarrassingly slim entry on John Wilbye). I'm happy to see someone else interested in early music here!
