Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. I had answered some of your questions about notability on the talk page, including giving links to wp:WAX and pointing out that the two articles you mentioned assert notability (they do need better sourcing, but that's not criteria for speedy deletion). Let me know if you have any questions or need help with anything. Some people end up thinking Wikipedia or its editors want to suppress some ideas, but the truth is that it's just very important to make sure articles are worth keeping... so the criteria are strict to keep out the cruft.
