- I liked how your abstract got to the point of what austrian syndrome is. It is easy to understand from the start for people with and without a general science background.
- I would recommend to make your mechanism/pathophysiology section a separate heading like you did for S/S, Causes, Diagnosis, etc. instead of having it a subsection in your signs and symptoms section. I would also try to add a little bit more to that part. Link Osler's triad and explain it more and how that mechanism leads to this disease and how it ties to the signs and symptoms as well.
- For diagnosis, although early diagnosis is recommended, if it is caught later is there another way to diagnose or is it different?
- Don't forget to cite where you are getting your information from in your paragraphs. Also, don't forget to link words to their individual pages so people are easily able to access more information on science heavy words or diseases that lay people may not know/understand.

- No, there is no other way to diagnose at later age. Because it is usually seen when the individual is older and/or immunocompromised.

- Make all your headings using the headings feature so that it shows up in your table of contents
- All paragraphs need citations.
- What you have under signs and symptoms seems more like epidemiology and prognosis. List your symptoms.
- Elaborate on the mechanism. Talk about what actually happens here. Relate to the risk factors. You have discussed some of this other places.
- For the RDT, what happens with the sample once it's collected? Collecting it does not provide a diagnosis.
- "No research shows any information on Austrian syndrome being congenital." Why does this sentence exist?
- Needs some editing for grammar and clarity.
- Prognosis: Is there absolutely no information from more recent cases?
- "s not very prevalent because it’s a rare disease" says it's rare, because it's rare.
- What is going on with your reference section?

- Not much information on the mechanism, only emphasis on the lung being the portal of entry.

- The research found on this syndrome are mostly found in past case studies and there’s not many other examples than the one I found since it’s since such a rare disease.

- No other information on the actual process of rapid diagnostic testing, it just says that it helps diagnose Austrian Syndrome.

- Signs and symptoms: When mentioning severity, what are the ranges such as for age, gender. How do they vary among those?
- For cause: I would add more links to words such as Streptococcus, penicillin. Are there any genetic factors that can contribute to the cause?
- Diagnosis section is missing citations. You can also seperate each test by paragraph to make it cleaner and organized. If there are different types of diseases, I would say explain how each test contributes or which methods is proffered depending the scenario?
- Overall you have plenty of information. I would just say to focus on spreading it and addimg more links, citations!

- No, there are no genetic factors associated with Austrian syndrome and is more common in alcohol use setting.
