Help me!

Hi I was reading the page about Russian occupied regions and I noticed that there is no mention of the Republic of Artsakh (breakaway state from Azerbaijan), which is usually talked about alongside Transnistria and Georgia's two breakaway regions (the United Nations "Commonwealth of Unrecognized States"). A lot of this is a part of a very complicated situation, which I am by no means an expert about, but from what I read it seems to be very similarly guarded by Russian peacekeepers and created by Russian backed separatists. If there is a reason that it would not be included, I think there should be a footnote mentioning why.
