No, I do not handle such requests from inexperienced users with probable conflicts of interest. The best thing to do is to wait for an experienced user to create an article here. Once he becomes notable by our standards, there will be one here. There is no need to rush. The import procedure is used very rarely here; the German Wikipedia only emphasises it so much because of their unusual interpretation of copyright policies. Graham87 01:58, 3 December 2021 (UTC)
