This is clearly taking on some shape - hard to know if you are all working separately in different sandboxes or if this is now the reflection of everyone's work. Do you plan to keep toxic and narcisstic styles under the heading? I think you should because as these are not labels our text used, they are labels that exists about leadership styles.
The trick will be establishing links to the new sections that others rae working on that go into more depth.
Look at the course page and take a look at the sandbox on the group doing "Authoritarianism" and the group doing "Democractic Leadership" to see how this material will flow from your descriptions.
