I don't understand your revision to the Betfair page. I understand "balance", but I don't think it's appropriate to try to achieve that by inserting something that's factually incorrect, and unreferenced. Betfair increased what they charge winners in 2008. They've always charged winners, but now some of them pay more than before (and they're unhappy). But the change doesn't affect who stands the bets. Betfair are no more (and no less) interested in the outcome of an event than they were before.
