edit

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. A contribution you made to Guantanamo Bay Naval Base appears to carry a non-neutral point of view, and your edit may have been changed or reverted to correct the problem. Please remember to observe our core policies. Thank you. - CobaltBlueTony™ talk 16:51, 20 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Countries are allowed to call their ruler whatever they wish. Your own reference to the definition of "president" states that a president is "one who presides". Wikipedia is no neutral that we do not get involved in contradicting an individual's self-definition, especially when it is a legitimate use of the word and is backed by internationally recognized laws. - CobaltBlueTony™ talk 18:23, 20 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
