Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. -- Adamjaviv (talk) 22:59, 29 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. -- Adamjaviv (talk) 23:10, 29 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. -- Adamjaviv (talk) 23:12, 29 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

This is the final warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits. The next time you insert a spam link, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. -- Adamjaviv (talk) 16:01, 30 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Your editing

edit

Much of your editing looks like test editing. Naturally, editors have to learn, and trying out edits to see how things work is fine. However, there are a couple of points to make here. Firstly, please do tests in the proper places, such as the sandbox. Do not make test edits in "live" pages, as you did at Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism, as it is likely to waste the time of other editors. Also posting fake warnings to yourself is likely to mislead other editors, so please don't do it. Also, test editing is fine as a way to learn how to edit "for real" so that you can then contribute to the encyclopaedia, but an account which does almost nothing other than tests is questionable, as it begins to look like using Wikipedia to play, rather than preparing to make constructive contributions. Finally, if you want any clarification please feel welcome to contact me on my talk page. JamesBWatson (talk) 19:05, 30 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
