Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one or more of your recent edits to Inselberg have been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 20:57, 17 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

@ClueBot NG I just added some extra information to help the users dealing with the matter. Achintya Sarkar223 (talk) 20:58, 17 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

  Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Inselberg. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use your sandbox. Inselbergs are not "10-300 m" in height, examples such as Mount Ledang are much taller than this. Belbury (talk) 17:59, 19 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

@Belbury I beg pardon for the fault. I just wanted to contribute. For some reason I am unable to add cites and references on phone. Pls can you help me how to add those on a mobile device. I already read the cites and references article on Wikipedia but still it's not helping. Thank you ☺️ Achintya Sarkar223 (talk) 19:08, 19 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Belbury Btw what's meant by constructive ? Achintya Sarkar223 (talk) 19:09, 19 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
Your edit had two main problems: that you added a sentence to the middle of an existing reference and included an extra "ref" tag, and that your sentence was It has a height of 10-300 m. which seems a strange and incorrect statement to add to an article. Your mobile device editing worked okay otherwise.
Constructive means "useful". If you're not fluent in English I'd recommend editing a version of Wikipedia in a language that you can write fluently - the English Wikipedia is only one of many. See List of Wikipedias#Active editions Belbury (talk) 19:46, 19 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Belbury No I'm fluent but still since I'mn't a native. So sometimes you know I face some pandemoniums like this where I didn't understood the meaning of "constructive" in the particular context. By this I want to point out that as I know "constructive" means "related to physical form of something". I'm aware that the assumption can be wrong.
