Thank you for the response. I would like to appeal the decision over my article and request for revision.

I confirm the next submission will be according to the policies of Wikipedia and the language will be more neutral.

I am requesting to change my username in following up of blockage of my account. It is requested to provide the opportunity to re edit my article and make the necessary changes as prescribed the Wikipedia policy.
