Scarborough Town
editThe unofficial minimum criteria for an English football club having an article is either to have played in the top 10 levels of football, or in the FA Cup or FA Vase. Scarborough Town have not done any of these things (the only two clubs in their league to have articles, Easington Colliery and Willington both meet these criteria), and hence their articles have not been deleted. Regarding your comment that "[t]his article concerned a football team which represents a reasonably sized English town", Scarborough Athletic is the town's major club (although currently playing in Bridlington).
