Thank you very much for each line you drop me !!   Peter Forster (ARGOS++)

Welcome to Wikipedia edit

I hope you like it here and stay. There is lots to do.

Have a look at WP:OR and see whether you can find some citations other than your own website to go into the General Beer Lambert Law article, in order to make it fit the Wikipedia policy. Otherwise, I'm afraid it is in danger of being deleted, see Talk:General Beer Lambert Law.

Please don't take this personally. Wikipedia is a community project, and we don't any of us own articles. Some of my own hard work is facing deletion as we speak. These things happen. Andrewa 01:23, 29 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Personal attacks edit

Please read Wikipedia:no personal attacks, carefully. Andrewa 03:55, 8 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Where to now edit

G'day Peter

I see that the article has been deleted.

And, perhaps this will be the end of your attempts to contribute to Wikipedia. That would be a shame, as you have much to offer. But you don't seem to have grasped the principles of Wikipedia very clearly at all. The manner in which you attempted to defend the article was counterproductive.

There were some negative comments about your grammar, both in the article and in the talk pages, and I found it hard to understand some of what you wrote (quite apart from the technical aspects of it). Is your first language German? Would you perhaps be better to contribute to German Wikipedia instead, at least until you become familiar with the basic principles? Just a thought.

I'm sorry your first experience of contributing to English Wikipedia has been so negative. Andrewa 06:29, 10 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

!!!! - YES! ——>> I think YOU are absolutely RIGHT! -  !!!!! edit

YES Andrewa,I'm happy to tell YOU (But not only!), that you are absolutely right, expect TWO Statments you did.

PLEASE CHANGE:

"... the end of your attempts to contribute to Wikipedia."
INTO:
"... The BEGIN of your attempts to contribute AGAINST Wikipedia."

. AND:

"That would be a shame, ..."
INTO:
"That would be a shame on .... AND "Wiki", ..."

Sorry, It seems much more, that You have NOT realised, that you with your:

. "Where to now"   are riding a much stronger/harder Personal Attack, as Everybody else, ONLY
wrapped in a Lot of sermon, paired with an even Lot of "Vasiline".

Exactly YOU was knowing all the Time, that my ONLY Goal for publishing on the Net was, and will be forever:
To give EVERY scolasticus, and everybody else as much Help as ever possible, BUT ALSO
as CORRECT as possible I'm able to do!!!

So please tell ALL other, why you are mis-using the Term: counterproductive!! in such a way.
To square the whole thing with my "grammar", instead having corrected it only once, is not ONLY
the only Story for the second Volume/Book.

Yes, I agree with you, that my MOTTO is quite different to Yours, and "Wiki's":

You become responsible, forever, for what you have made confidenced to you! A. De Saint-Exupéry

Or with other words: — Students deserve an other Quality as "Wiki" presents!
(Of course: – Not ALL Authors!)

Now I'm pretty sure, I have reached my Goal, that You delete this particular page,
includinge absolutelly every Trace of my person, that may exist inside "Wiki" as
soon as ever possible, —— And thats good so!

But be assured, I have copies of ALL, for futur use.

Good Luck!, — anyway!, — for ever!

Proposed deletion of File:P Forster.JPG edit

The file File:P Forster.JPG has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

personal image with questionable licencing by inactive user, WP:NOTFILESTORAGE

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --TheImaCow (talk) 22:23, 4 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
