Butting in
editSorry for butting in. I think this RfC should be more general. Something like
- "Should attribution be used, and when..."
- "Should the opinions of atheist and agnostic scholars be preferred. When and why..."
- "Can believing in God and Jesus as an individual be viewed as a bias in one's scholarly work on the historical existence of Jesus..."
And so on. - Peregrine Fisher (talk) 00:18, 25 July 2010 (UTC)
- I'm keeping this one narrowly pointed at the article in question because it's the only example I see where an academic consensus seems heavily weighted by the publication of religious 'academics'. The issue may in fact be broader then that though, and I'd be open to being convinced of it. -- ۩ Mask 00:29, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
- Well, I don't feel like running an RfC, so just do your best. The thing is that if you don't get the right questions to start, and it gets off track (which is not unusual), you can't just ask the right questions at that point. It will be too late. Good luck. - Peregrine Fisher (talk) 03:40, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
