I really liked what you have done so far. It is very informative and is quite easy to understand. The concept of gentrification can be hard to grasp but you made it digestible which is perfect for a wikipedia article. One small issue is that I can hear your "voice" in your writing. This normally isn't a bad thing, it's usually a great thing when writing, but for a wikipedia page it's best to be neutral. Which sounds tough to accomplish but maybe change up the wording of a couple sentences to have less if your "voice". For example, "Greening in cities can be both healthy and just." seems like a normal and fine statement on its own. But it's ultimately stating your opinion, which is totally correct, but it's not the best fit for a wiki page. Other than that it's pretty perfect!
