• More like advice/how-to magazine article content- nothing wrong with that, but not appropriate in style for an encyclopedia
• Apparently personal opinion. See Wikipedia:Neutral point of view for the neutral manner articles should be written in. If you wish to include the personal opinion of a *notable* third-party, please present it as such- see Wikipedia:Describing points of view for advice.
