DISAGREE WITH MOVE. More to the point, I am puzzled by the suggestion of the categorization of Metaphysics. Might one assume that Wikipedia intends to change their definition of Metaphysics? Frankly, I think a lot of people are threatened by the notion that consciousness creates reality although Lanza's book pretty much lays it out in scientific terms. His position is not a philosophical one. It is one informed by direct experience and backed by science. Metaphysics may be the philosophy of Being but Biocentrism posits the origin of being. I read the book some time ago and have mulled over it since. I also had the opportunity to hear Dr. Lanza speak and take a number of follow-up questions. I am neither scientist nor philosopher. But I ask - if Biocentrism is NOT a theory of everything then what exactly does it leave out; what does it not explain? What is NOT scientifically explained by Biocentrism?
