As regards the title of lawyer ( avv.) of Mr. Silvestri Massimo, it is perfectly legitimate as he has been enrolled in the Milan Bar for over 10 years, and according to the Italian professional law, all those who have been enrolled in the register retain the title unless they have been radiators. This is not the case given that Mr. Silvestri voluntarily asked for cancellation due to transfer of residence. I therefore ask you to specify this information and correct the information given
