If the lead of an article departs so far from neutrality as this appears to do then I think the editors must be subjected to scrutiny. It's just the same if you read an article about a living person, if it praises them to the hilt then you have to question who the editors are, whether they are or have an affiliation to the subject. What safeguards are there against Wikipedia being used to disseminate fake news, placed their by governments ?
