editPlease do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Ziryab. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. HistoryofIran (talk) 22:50, 2 May 2024 (UTC)
- Hello,
- own personal view comes without sources and proof. As i see, this person has added sources, which fits very well with the rules of wikipedia. I would instead kindly ask of you not to disregard historical facts and information in accordance to your own liking. I do agree that Wikipedia has no place for personal views, only facts according to sources to share would be optimal, always!. And by adding more information and sources, hopefully people will be interested to read more about these subjects or individuals for this matter, just like you.
- Wikipedia works for many as a quick read and portal to further articles, books etc.. thus the more accurate info and sources, the better, but ultimately you will always have to read further than Wikipedia regarding any matter in order to reach a valid, trustworthy and nuanced conclusion.
- Thus I would kindly and respectfully ask of you again not to disregard sources in accordance to your own liking, and let the rich history of Iran and mainly iranian people to reach people.
- well wishes Historyfactz (talk) 08:39, 3 May 2024 (UTC)
