January 2012 edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Prometheus (film), did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
References can go in the reflist, it is preferred they go in the reflist, which is where it is. Huge chunks of references in the text body makes it difficult to read/manage/edit. I messed up the ref initially by using an incorrect tag, that was a one off out of the hundreds of refs I've done on several articles I've raised to Good status. So I don't need to be told where the refs go. Darkwarriorblake (talk) 16:53, 19 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
Any ref can go in the reflist, it is preferred that they go in the reflist. I haven't been editing it or otherwise they would all be there but not everyone knows about the reflist function and so they don't use it, or they're just lazy and don't want to put it there. If you want to see it in action go see The Dark Knight Rises. Darkwarriorblake (talk) 17:05, 19 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
