not every change requires explanation.

i did not reverted your change i saw something incredibly stupid and fixed it. but since i edit wiki since 2006 i thought it's very strange for such a mistake to exist in the first place, so i checked the history. what source you want for white russia? shall we change all USA in the whole wiki to "outdoors britain"? that makes as much sense. i already wrote to you that you need to find an english-language (the language of this wiki) map with such country as white russia, while it talks about the Belarus or Belarussia if we are being racist towards them or Byelorussia if we use period-appropriate short name of Socialist Soviet Republic of Byelorussia. and of-course there is no "white russian" ethnicity, as opposed to what? slave-russian, caucasian-russian, asian-russian, ugr-russian, chud-russian, merya-russian etc? that's disregarding even the sole absurdity of such term, and disregarding that even if we use "ethnicity" it's not modern borders based and is genetically based and shared mostly between west ru ua and by.

it's not some magic deep research, it's basic COMMON KNOWLEDGE. if you see that earth is flat would you fix that or would you fight some conspiracy theorist who believe in reptiloids? like do you know both languages? do you know the subject matter? if both are no why are you reverting obviously non-vandalic changes, like, wiki was created by Cunningham exactly for every user contribution to improve the text. we are basically talking Cunningham's Law.
