Ireland, and other protected pages

Hi, apologies for barging in but I saw the note you left on Acalamari's talk page. You can use the {{editprotected}} template to request an edit to protected articles - simply post on the talk page something like:

{{editprotected|Could someone add the following for me, please? "..."}}

Alternatively, if you register an account you'll be able to edit semi-protected articles (like Ireland) after a few days and a few edits (I think it's 4 days and 10 edits, but I'm not sure).

No problem. For what it's worth, Acalamari has now unprotected Ireland - but with the warning that it may well be protected again soon (country articles tend to get vandalised a lot). Cheers, This flag once was red^propaganda_deeds 16:25, 25 February 2009 (UTC)
