reading what you have just sent me, "unless that position is a significant part of the person's career; this will apply primarily to those with significant or perhaps primary experience in management". Are his THREE YEARS as assistant in one of the biggest clubs in the world not remarkable enough (please note, the second part of that statement reads that it applies PRIMARILY to newbies, but not SOLELY)? Whatever, i'll take this to administration.
