The NYT obit. you have now provided seems to settle it. Sorry you were troubled but, as I suppose you've noticed, the original reference you provided didn't help matters. Regards, --Technopat (talk) 18:26, 23 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Amortias. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Milan Galić, but you didn’t support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Amortias (T)(C) 21:37, 13 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Yamaguchi先生. I noticed that you made a change to an article, John Hewie, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. John Hewie

edit

Hello 77.222.192.193, thank you for providing a source for your recent changes to the John Hewie article. It seems that Google has not yet indexed the stories related to his death, as I cannot find these articles yet by way of a normal Google search. I noticed that you also changed the date of birth from December 12, 1928, to December 13, 1927. Do you have a source for this change as well? I ask because it was not supported in the reference you provided, nor can I find a valid source to support this change at this time. This may change as Google continues to index stories related to this person, but a source should be provided for the change to date of birth as well. Regards, Yamaguchi先生 20:53, 11 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Freddie Goodwin. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.

Please understand that we ***must not*** add dates of death to biographies of living persons without at the same time adding a reference to a reliable published source to verify the claim. Getting there first shouldn't be important; getting things right should. Looking at other messages on your talk page, you do seem to have been made aware of this before. Thank you for listening.
