Your copyright claim edit
Hi Duane,
While I'm very happy for you to copy my photo onto your site, under the terms of the license under which I published it, it would be nice if pages like this didn't claim "© Page Publisher: Duane R. Hurst" on the bottom. Additionally, "Free ware picture" is misleading, and it would be nice if you stated the license itself, e.g. "This picture is available under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 license, with a link to it ( http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/deed.en ).
