Link rot

In March 2018, in an edit to Zimbabwean bond notes, you indicated that there is no need for an archive of something that is still available at the original source. Please see WP:Link rot which among other things says: Editors are encouraged to add an archive link as a part of each citation, or at least submit the referenced URL for archiving, at the same time that a citation is created or updated. and provides the justification for that advice.
