Printing a page

edit

Hello,

I saw your feedback on Wikipedia: The Missing Manual. To print a page from Wikipedia, first click "Printable version" on the left side bar (under the "Print/export" heading), then print the page as you would print any other web page. E.g, select File ▸ Print... from your browser's menu bar, or press Ctrl+P on your keyboard. After printing the page, click your browser's Back button to return to the page you were viewing.

The Missing Manual is primarily intended as a guide for editing Wikipedia, so does not cover topics such as printing in depth. The "Printable version" link I mentioned is briefly mentioned in Appendix A.

If you are unsure how to print pages from your web browser, please refer to your browser's help files. Alternatively, you can also ask at our computing reference desk. Be sure to mention which web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc) you are using if you ask there.

I hope that helps you. – PartTimeGnome (talk | contribs) 19:39, 27 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
