I literally did the edits as part of an assignment for a class on the history of anthropology, for which proper references were provided, including Scupin and DeCorse 2014, Hatch 1968, White 1943 (or literally straight from the horse's mouth), and Harris 1968. Approval was given by my professor before anything was posted. Vandalism, lol.
This is why so many of the anthropology pages on Wikipedia are stubs. Those of us actually in the discipline are sick of editors with 60 badges and no real grounding in the discipline deciding what is and isn't correct. 69.157.78.84 (talk) 17:08, 14 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
