that warning
editOK, I take it back. That wasn't someone goofing around. The IP noticed vandalism from you, and cut and pasted the message from their own page without correctly signing the name. Patstuart(talk)(contribs) 02:53, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
- He didn't even change the timestamp on it...just copied a warning message that I sent to that IP in October and pasted it here, after changing the topic to ps2. Definitely un-cool. -- Jim Douglas (talk) (contribs) 03:19, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
- But the warning was valid, and he did change the page being warned over... Patstuart(talk)(contribs) 04:08, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
- Yup, I'm pretty sure there have been more than 0 units of the PlayStation 2 sold. I sent him a note explaining how to format warnings if he needs to send another one. Hopefully no more will be needed on this page. :-) -- Jim Douglas (talk) (contribs) 04:17, 30 November 2006 (UTC)

Decline speedy deletion
editTalk pages are not "owned" by the editor associated with them. Furthermore, as an unregistered user, it is very important that we preserve any warnings or discussions. -- Merope 21:24, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
- If you create an account, you won't have to see the messages anymore. -- Jim Douglas (talk) (contribs) 21:28, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
- Can I delete it then?--64.253.101.78 21:32, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
- If you create an account, you'll get a fresh new user page with none of this history. -- Jim Douglas (talk) (contribs) 21:39, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
