I am unfamiliar with this topic, but in the social network section I read something that reminds me of the book "the Tipping Point". malcolm Gladwell says that some people are very connected to others and have a lot of social influence. I am also reminded of "six degrees of separation". these are two pop culture ideas that might help the average reader make a connection to the topic. Just an idea!
