Since you've persisted, I have blocked this IP and will block other IPs making similar attacks or evading this block. Since you do not appear to have read the warnings you've been given, PaulinSaudi is a retired US Army officer who teaches in Saudi Arabia, who takes an interest in police-related topics on Wikipedia. However, if he was in fact Saudi, that would still not excuse your hostile response to his offer to assist you [1], still less harassment via Wikipedia's email interface. Your response to SummerPhD's concerns was only marginally less dismissive, and another administrator has restricted editin on the article to prevent further disruption and insertion of copied text in violation of Wikipedia policy and terms of use.
