I don't understand ?

My changes are relevant (and sourced) and before doing an "undo" I went to BrickMaster02's page to explain the relevance of my changes. This is what I had done the last time regarding this same page on April 5, 2023. But this time he deleted my topic.

Article discussion vs. User harassment

Hi 45.42.111.74, at the top of every article, there's a link to the "Talk" page. You can use it to discuss issues with the content.

Additionally, every Wikipedia user has a user talk page, such as User talk:BrickMaster02. If you receive a request not to continue messaging a user, such as in the edit summary of Special:Diff/1171767308 ("Go away"), then continuing to message that user will generally be considered harassment.

Thus, you may freely discuss the issue at Talk:List of streaming media services, but you would be blocked without further warning if you continue directly messaging BrickMaster02.

I wrote a message on the Talk:List of streaming media services page, but I don't have respond.
And, i can no longer modify the page List of streaming media services since it has been blocked (and this even before I answer on (User talk: 45.42.111.74) .
