The original version was sourced. The proposed changes are not sourced. There's no reason to accept the changes. Moreover, accepting the changes but leaving the old sourcing in the text . . . is chaos. If changes are to be made, they must be sourced and the case made for why they should accepted in lieu of the previous sourced content . . .
Reliable sources
editHi, I notice that you cited Wikipedia articles in your recent edits to Lataif-e-Sitta. Please note that Wikipedia is not a reliable source. Regards, Esowteric + Talk + Breadcrumbs 09:53, 11 July 2021 (UTC)
Copying within Wikipedia
edit Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Dhikr into Hadra. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. DanCherek (talk) 03:18, 9 August 2021 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Tarl N.. I noticed that you recently removed content from SpaceX Starship without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Tarl N. This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
