Well, all right - maybe bringing up ANI there was totally the wrong thing to do.
But, honestly, why don't you just state the things in that Wisconsin article that you feel are not necessary? I don't even know what these things are - and how am I supposed to work them out?
It would help me, it would help you, and it would help other editors.
And please don't single out this article - do look at the ones on the vehicle registration plates of other US states and Canadian provinces and territories, many of which really are even more detailed (and may well contain the same things that you don't want to see in the Wisconsin article).
That's all I will ask.
