Acroterion, after your block on June 13/14, the IP is still continuing with the same disruptive behavior (making unsourced/poorly sourced/unreliably sourced changes to articles, especially to BLPs):

They keep changing IPs every time they edit, but the IP range is here: 2605:6000:1526:450B:0:0:0:0/64
