Hi - I saw your message at Talk:Governorship of Glenn Youngkin and just wanted to check in, although unfortunately, I do not know of any way that I could personally help. Someone more knowledgeable than myself suggested that the Department of Corrections or the Department of Social Sevices may be able to help in some capacity, but I wouldn't know about that process myself. I hope that you have been in touch with the incarcerated person's attorney and have been able to find someone able to help you.
