You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Tom Short; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

2601, I have given Tom Short a vigorous haircut, removing all the self-sourced promotion and cutting it down to a neutral summary of what the independent sources say about Short. Next time you see a Wikipedia article that irritates you because of its bias, may I suggest doing something similar? I see that you have edited the article's talk page suggesting deletion. I think you may be correct that Short is not notable, but I am uninclined to do the officially-mandated hour's work searching for references before starting a deletion discussion.
