edit

  You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Zartan. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Additionally - your edit summaries are somewhat bitey, and could do with being toned down. I don't understand how this is an "edit war." I'm only trying to keep the respective canons accurately documented. The DreadnokTwins user is taking a plot point from a spin-off comic book and attempting to insert it into all of the various continuities. This doesn't work with G.I. Joe, which consists of SEVERAL conflicting, self-contained mythos. 2600:6C58:4E7F:E4DC:344D:BB96:9079:FC40 (talk) 21:34, 9 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
It's an edit war because you've made the same edits to try and force your preferred version regardless of others disagreeing. Look at the section above:
  1. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
That's exactly where you are now. Kudos for starting discussion, but in the meantime the original stays in place. Chaheel Riens (talk) 06:55, 10 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
