editIf you are not the intended target of this block, please read the information below in order to receive assistance.
IP users (without an account): If you do not have an account and wish to bypass this block, an account can be created to allow you to edit. In general, these blocks only prevent users who are not logged in from editing; once you are logged in, the block will no longer affect you in any way. To request an account, simply click here and follow the directions provided on the page. It is important that you use an e-mail address issued to you by your ISP, school, or organisation, so we may verify that you are a legitimate user. When filling out the account request form, please refer to this block in the "comments" input field. If you've been instructed to request an account via email, please refer to this block in your message.
Registered users (with an account): Please make sure you are logged in to your account. If you are unable to edit while logged in, you may request IP block exemption to bypass blocks unconnected with you that affect your editing. Post an unblock request to your user talk page.Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

editI do not do anything vandalism-like. Why are you doing this to me?!?! Respond!
- Make an unblock request under your original account's username. You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia until that account is unblocked. Your best bet is the standard offer: six months of not editing Wikipedia. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 03:10, 25 May 2018 (UTC)
You have been doing this to me for too long … I am going to kill you! Come and get me!!!!
- It's a check user block. You have recently been blocked on this IP 5 times now for block evasion or after a check user. [1] It does not matter your recent edits are vandalism or not. You are not allowed to edit. Meters (talk) 03:16, 25 May 2018 (UTC)
You "outrage the owners of articles", as you say, and it's driving me nuts! You are a nuisance and you make me infuriated to my bitter core!!!—This is to you NinjaRobotPirate
I have an idea: Let's talk over the phone, NinjaRobotPirate, so we can settle this once and for all! You and me. How about it?!

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
