editPlease stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at Saddle River Township, New Jersey, you may be blocked from editing. But why does Saddle River Township, New Jersey have to be separate from Saddle Brook, New Jersey? Why does Hohokus Township, New Jersey have to be separate from Mahwah, New Jersey? And why does Midland Township, New Jersey has to be separate from Rochelle Park, New Jersey? For example, Dover Township, New Jersey redirects to Toms River, New Jersey, Caldwell Township, New Jersey redirects to Fairfield Township, Essex County, New Jersey, Passaic Township, New Jersey redirects to Long Hill Township, New Jersey, North Plainfield Township, New Jersey redirects to Green Brook Township, New Jersey, and New Providence Township, New Jersey redirects to Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.
- These townships were distinct entities with distinct histories. They did not merely undergo a name change. Dover Township merely changed its name to Toms River and Caldwell Township changed its name to Fairfield Township, but if there are any other former Townships that had been distinct entities that are currently redirects, articles could be created for these as well.--Tdl1060 (talk) 19:58, 8 May 2017 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Morphdog. I noticed that in this edit to Pompton Lakes High School, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Morphdogwhat did I do now? 15:04, 19 July 2017 (UTC)
Wow, you don't even get it! I actually didn't remove it, I copied and pasted it to another section that mentions it.

The reason for blanking on it is because the sentences are blatant.

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. MilkGames (talk) 17:09, 13 June 2019 (UTC)

Disruptive editing
editPleasure stop arbitrarily removing information about song use in commercials. You've been warned and blocked for this before. It's utterly irrelevant that there's other sites out there that cover such information - everything on Wikipedia is covered in other sources. You need to provide a valid rationale (you not liking it doesn't matter) for such removals, and mass removal of such information needs a broader consensus (e.g., at a relevant wikiproject). --Xanzzibar (talk) 16:36, 19 June 2019 (UTC)
