editSee Help:Pictures but basically if you're using the Visual Editor i.e. the Word-like interface that has a loading bar when you first click "edit" just go to insert > media, if you're clicking "edit source" and having to enter the page like it's HTML code then type this in: [[File:INSERT NAME OF FILE HERE.PNG/JPG|thumb|left|INSERT CAPTION HERE]].
