This is where you can ask questions, get help or start discussions with me. I'll try to respond as soon as possible to any comments here. Please note that if you start a discussion here, I will usually reply here, so make sure to check this page for a response. If you'd rather I responded on your talk page, please say so.

If you'd like to start a new section, you can click the "new section" tab at the top of this page.
If you'd like to comment in an existing topic, feel free to do so - but please keep it civil and polite. If not, I may ignore your comments, or even remove them if they appear to be vandalism.

At the moment, I am manually archiving this page when I feel it is becoming very long. If it becomes busy I may decide to have a bot automatically archive for me.

Happy Editing! 1ForTheMoney

Welcome

Welcome!

Hello, 1ForTheMoney, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on your talk page. Again, welcome!

Hmmm - noted you had not yet been welcomed and I hereby welcome you. Just a bit surprised perhaps that your first edits are so emphatically to deletion debates rather than adding content to the project. Regards --Matilda talk 04:19, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

  • Hey, I had to start somewhere. It's not all deletion debates, I do some new-page watching as well. But it's nice to be welcomed. 1ForTheMoney (talk) 13:55, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Coombabah State Primary School

Hi, I agree entirely with your delete !vote at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Coombabah State Primary School as the article, when you saw it, was in a poor way. However, since then it has been completely rewritten to meet the legitimate concerns expressed and now has the multiple sources so it fully meets WP:N. Perhaps you would revisit your recommendation, please? TerriersFan (talk) 19:21, 24 December 2007 (UTC)

  • I was only voting on what was there at the time. As the AfD in question is now several days old, I have no plans to change my vote. 1ForTheMoney (talk) 14:17, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

RfA Thanks

Hi 1ForTheMoney - thanks for your participation in my request for adminship. I very much appreciated your comments and support, and I'll try to prove myself worthy of them. The RfA passed 52/0/0, and I'm now in possession of a shiny new mop. If I can ever help you with anything (or offer you two for the show, whatever that means), please don't hesitate to contact me. Sarcasticidealist (talk) 09:32, 15 January 2008 (UTC)

My RfA

My request for adminship was successful at 64/1/2! Many thanks for your participation and I will endeavor to meet your expectations. Cheers, Sephiroth BCR (Converse) 09:15, 16 January 2008 (UTC)

RFA thanks

Pures

Even though there was no citation for the use of the word 'pure', nearly all RuneScape players who have been around for a while know of their existance. Why take out that reference to them in the main 'Scape article? I doubt you'd find any Jagex article referring to them as such, as players gave themselves that term. But y'know what I mean, no? I feel that edit was unwarranted =|. Sorry forgot to sign off, A Prodigy (talk) 11:06, 26 July 2008 (UTC)

As far as I could tell, it had no source, and therefore could be challenged and removed. And the article is NOT just for RS players, it's for a general audience who may not know about "pures". 1ForTheMoney (talk) 13:20, 26 July 2008 (UTC)

Re: Tenth Attack

I will keep an eye on it as much as possible. I did remove my comment, but I've reverted that since technically he will have to wait for another 2 hours not to be in violation of this. Having had a read around, I saw someone else from his fansite added the list to the FunOrb wikia's list of fansites. Perhaps add that to the article instead? Anyway, I'll keep an eye open. ۩ Dracion ۩ ✎ ✉ 15:46, 14 September 2008 (UTC)

For now, I think it'd be better off on the FunOrb Wikia - we need to develop a consensus amongst editors on the FunOrb article before we allow any fansites here. Ah well, since I don't plan to do any more reverting on this issue for a while (at least 6 hours), I suppose I can be happy someone is looking out on the issue. 1ForTheMoney (talk) 15:54, 14 September 2008 (UTC)

Just saying 'hi' to a fellow RuneScape editor :-)FlashNerdX (talk) 21:58, 16 November 2008 (UTC) Hi there! 1ForTheMoney (talk) 15:15, 17 November 2008 (UTC)

About Talk:RuneScape

That talk page is too long. Generally, we archive discussions that are "dead" after 30 days (shorter timespan for long pages like WP:AN), which is why I put that page for auto-archive. OhanaUnitedTalk page 14:35, 9 January 2009 (UTC)

I understand, but I've never seen manual archiving as a huge issue for that page. As for being too long...I have to disagree at this point. 1ForTheMoney (talk) 19:19, 9 January 2009 (UTC)

runescape

if you want I can post a big cut escene of that —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sistemx (talkcontribs) 02:02, 25 March 2009 (UTC)

I'm not entirely sure what you mean. But if you have an idea, bring it to the talk page - somebody there should come up with something. 1ForTheMoney (talk) 10:44, 25 March 2009 (UTC)
mm I ask you to get a estaic image of this:

Ahhh, that one. Well, yes, I could theoretically do it, but that would mean revealing the identity of my account on RuneScape, and I don't want that (I like that life to be seperate from Wikipedia). Besides, I can't make head or tail of the fair-use guideline, with all its nuances.
You should be able to do it, though. Make sure you read the fair-use rationales given on some the article's existing images. That'll give you some idea of how to support your own images. You may not even need them, but that shows how much I know. 1ForTheMoney (talk) 14:49, 26 March 2009 (UTC)

I dont know how to get the estupid estatic so plz help i dont know it --Sistemx (talk) 18:48, 27 March 2009 (UTC)

wikipedia cafe doesn`t tell me nothing about how to do it --Sistemx (talk) 18:51, 27 March 2009 (UTC)
heeelp --Sistemx (talk) 18:51, 27 March 2009 (UTC) sorru about insistiting a lot
I can't help you there. Ask User:McGeddon; he turned all the animations on the RuneScape article into static images. He should have some idea of how to help. 1ForTheMoney (talk) 20:17, 27 March 2009 (UTC)
Ah. Yes. The image appears to have been deleted. That's what happens to fair-use images which aren't used in articles. 1ForTheMoney (talk) 15:11, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
