You have not provided any reason why .amsterdam should be given in the infobox for Almere, which is not part of Amsterdam. I notice that there is no reference to it at NL:Almere. Consequently, it looks very much like your edit was contrary to WP:COI at least, if not actually wp:SPAM. Wikipedia is not a platform for commercial product promotion. If your edit is to stay, you would need to show evidence of substantial take up in Almere. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 15:05, 31 January 2020 (UTC)

Almere is part of the Metropolitan Region of Amsterdam. In the Netherlands, .Amsterdam can be used for everyone in that region. That's also why .Amsterdam is for Almere, but also for other places in the region. User:185.54.182.6
