Not sure if you'll see this but it was archived pretty quick. I don't have "a bee in my bonnet"; but I do believe in "if you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, if you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime". I was not saying that they should be forbidden from posting to the Help Desk, but it is not meant as the personal help desk for a particular user. If someone is physically incapable of correcting their mistakes, it would be better for them to instead of running to the Help Desk after every edit they make to run to a particular user who could help them directly. That's all. There are other people at the Help Desk that need help, too. I'm not saying that anything needs to change, just trying to help everyone so that this person gets the help they need most efficiently and that volunteer time is available to help others.
